About Us
David Durham – Partner
David Durham is a Partner and founding member of Outpost Partners, based in our San Antonio office. David specializes in Investment Sales, Leasing (Landlord and Tenant Representation), and User/Investment transactions on single and multi-tenant industrial properties throughout San Antonio and South Texas. He also provides in-depth lease/sale analysis, financial analysis, and value based recommendations to all of his clients. With a strong track record in real estate, David is dedicated to establishing and fostering new business relationships while providing cost-effective solutions that cater to each client’s needs.
Before co-founding Outpost Partners, David served as a Senior Associate and led the San Antonio office for a Houston-based real estate investment firm. During his three years there, he played a pivotal role in establishing the San Antonio office and notably contributed to the successful deployment and lease-up of their San Antonio industrial fund. In addition to his work on their investment fund, David helped start and grow the office’s landlord and tenant representation business. Over time, David has cultivated robust relationships within the user and investor community, earning him the role of trusted advisor for all their real estate requirements.
Prior to his brokerage career, David worked for Impact Companies, a College Station-based development company where he assisted in land entitlement, sales, and many other facets of the development process. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas. When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with wife and two daughters and peeling off to the ranch when time allows.
Doc Perrier – Partner
Doc Perrier is a Partner and a founding member of Outpost Partners, and is based in our Houston office. Doc is primarily focused on acquisitions, leasing (Landlord and Tenant Representation), and user/investment transactions of industrial properties, with an emphasis on single-tenant buildings. He also provides in-depth lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, and value-based recommendations to all of his clients. He continues to assist both Landlords and Users in successfully managing their real estate needs across Texas and any other markers they operate in.
Before co-founding Outpost Partners, Doc served as a Vice President of a Houston based real estate investment firm. During his time there, Doc led the Houston office, was a leader in their internal investment platform, and was a top producer in the firm. He completed well over 2M SF of transactions for both institutional and individual investors. Doc is truly able to understand each one of his client’s needs and consistently aims to maximize the deal structure to their benefit. Furthermore, Doc was accepted into the SIOR Member Associate Program in 2020 is working towards his full designation.
Prior to his brokerage career, Doc was the Sales and Operations Manager of a large New Orleans, LA-based party rental company. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University. While not working you can find Doc on the lake fishing with his wife and son.
